Fonzii Fundraising Platform is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of your data. All registered customers with Fonzii Fundraising Platform must follow these terms and conditions.

Membership
Only one account per person is allowed.
Any member found to be making multiple or fraudulent applications to retailers in order to generate donations may have their accounts suspended and investigated further. In proven cases of fraud the account will be terminated and any owed monies will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to refuse membership to any person or persons at any time without explanation. We also reserve the right to terminate a member’s account without notice if they are found to have broken any of the rules within this agreement.

In the event that a member’s account shows no signs of transactions for a period exceeding 12 months we will consider the account dormant. The account will then be cancelled and any owed monies will be forfeited. You must be over 16 years of age to open an account with Fonzii Fundraising Platform to generate donations.

Generating Donations
You must login to your account prior to initiating any transactions and to view your donation status. All donation claims are made by Fonzii Fundraising Platform user panel. Users must register to generate donations. All customers must click on the store banner before making a purchase in order to be eligible for donations. A $10 threshold applies, a charity/ not for profit wll only receive a donation upon your account reaching $10 in the accepted state.

Changes to website
Fonzii Fundraising Platform reserves the right to change website contents, donation value and stores information at any time without the consent of users.

Copyrights
Fonzii Fundraising Platform does not share customer information with any third party or its retail partners. Customer information is protected and secure with Fonzii Fundraising Platform.

By registering through a Charity/Not for Profit or other organisation mall, you agree to occasionally receiving information regarding your chosen Charity, Not for Profit, Organisation.

Customers have full rights to subscribe or unsubscribe from Fonzii Fundraising Platform newsletter.

CHARITIES/NOT FOR PROFITS/OTHER FUNDRAISING ORGANISATIONS
 
Definitions:

The fonzii websites:www.fonzii.com.au and www.fonzii.co.nz

Confirmed Donations*: Is the actual donations in your fonzii account. User’s account must reach a minimum of $10 before a donation is added to your account.
 
Pending*: Is prior to a user reaching $10 in accumulated accepted donations.

Paid*: is when your account has reached the set threshold and has been paid into your bank account.
 
Accepted Donations*: When a user transaction is authorised by a retailer.

Charity Account: This is an account created in fonzii that includes all the donations in pending or confirmed state. It is a condition that your charity account in fonzii has a minimum balance (threshold) of $1,000 before being transferred to your nominated bank account; threshold can be reduced on request.

Use of the fonzii fundraising platform will last for an indefinite period, with a 7 day notice required to terminate given by either party, via phone, fax or email.

Compulsory Donation paid by Fonzii:
It is compulsory for the new user to select one of the charities upon first time registration.The charity that the new user selects upon first time registration will receive $1 in their charity account. This is paid to the charity account by fonzii, upon user reaching $10 accepted donations.

You acknowledge that Fonzii may use your logos and banners to create awareness of the fonzii platform and associated malls.

*All donations will be paid out by fonzii when, in confirmed status and physically received from retailers.
